FYSM – Fresh Yoga Synthesized Methodology

I am a certified yoga teacher since 2014, holding the title Yoga Shiramani, received through the International Academy of Sivananda & Vishnudevananda. This certification includes traditional training in kriyas, Ayurveda, anatomy, and yogic methodology passed through lineage-based transmission — ensuring depth, precision, and integrity of teaching.
For the past four years, I have dedicated my teaching exclusively to FYSM (Fresh Yoga Synthesized Methodology) — a precise, safe, and highly effective system that has already helped thousands of practitioners improve their health, mobility, and overall well-being.
FYSM is based on the Eight Limbs of Ashtanga Yoga, a classical framework for holistic development. Like other yoga styles around the world, FYSM is a specific approach and interpretation of yoga, carefully developed over 20 years. It is structured, tested with thousands of practitioners, and refined by numerous trainers to ensure safety, effectiveness, and clarity, so that every practitioner achieves results without injury.

Core Principles

FYSM is built on three fundamental principles:
  • Safety – Every exercise and sequence is designed to prevent injuries and adapt to individual limitations.
  • Effectiveness – The methodology delivers measurable improvements in posture, spinal health, flexibility, strength, and overall body function.
  • Simplicity – Clear, structured, and accessible practices allow you to focus on transformation without unnecessary complexity.

Health Benefits

Practicing FYSM can help:
  • Correct spinal and postural issues, including herniated discs and chronic back pain
  • Reduce muscle tension, joint stiffness, and discomfort
  • Improve circulation and mobility, including varicose veins or leg heaviness
  • Increase flexibility, strength, and body awareness
  • Enhance mental clarity, energy, and emotional balance
The practice is suitable for everyone — from beginners who have never tried yoga to experienced practitioners seeking a safe and effective system.

Formats & Personalized Guidance

I offer FYSM in formats that allow focused attention and personalized guidance:
  • Individual sessions – fully tailored to your needs and goals. I observe your alignment, give corrections, and adapt exercises to your body and abilities. This ensures maximum effectiveness and safety, as even small adjustments can significantly impact joint load and posture.
  • Mini-group sessions (3–6 participants) – small enough to maintain my individual attention while benefiting from the energy and support of a group.
Sessions can be conducted in Russian or English, providing flexibility for different participants.
In the future, I plan to launch an online yoga club with video recordings of workouts. These recordings will provide clear instructions, but will not include live corrections, which is why I highly recommend starting with individual or mini-group sessions. Personalized guidance ensures you perform asanas safely, correctly, and efficiently, while I can adapt exercises to your goals and body mechanics.
Currently online club content will be available only in Russian, but the individual classes can be conducted in both languages.

Expertise & Approach

I am certified in FYSM Levels I & II and currently advancing through Level III, ensuring that my guidance reflects the latest refinements of the methodology. Each session is structured, progressive, and carefully monitored, so you practice safely, effectively, and efficiently, with individual corrections tailored to your needs.

How to Prepare for Your Online FYSM Session

What you need:
  • Yoga mat
  • Comfortable clothing
  • Stable internet connection
  • Camera positioned to see your whole body and mat area (profile or semi-profile)
  • 60–75 minutes of uninterrupted time
Before the session:
  • Avoid heavy meals for at least 2 hours
  • Do not consume alcohol or psychoactive substances on the day of training
During the session:
  • Keep your body visible on camera for real-time corrections
  • Follow instructions carefully — small adjustments ensure safety and maximum effectiveness
With this setup, your practice will be safe, precise, and fully guided, helping you get the most out of every session.

You can try your first individual session for free, experience the methodology, and then choose the format that works best for you — individual or mini-group. Personal Note

Yoga is not just movement — it’s a conscious act of taking responsibility for your own body and life. Through practice, we restore the natural connection between the body and the brain — the innervation that allows us to feel, move, and live more fully.
Every posture in yoga is a form of self-massage and self-restoration. It strengthens the body’s structure, tones the muscles that hold your form, and gently massages the internal organs, improving circulation, balance, and inner harmony.
Yoga is also a tool for mental and emotional healing. It helps release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore the clarity of perception — expanding the boundaries of how you experience yourself and the world.

“When you own your breath, nobody can steal your peace.”

Without a healthy, well-functioning body and regular personal practice, it’s difficult to expect lasting results in health, posture, or even facial tone and beauty.
That’s why consistent, mindful practice is so important — it’s an act of self-care and self-mastery, a journey back to balance and authenticity.
