About Your Teacher

I am a certified yoga teacher since 2014, holding the title Yoga Shiramani, received through the International Academy of Sivananda & Vishnudevananda. This certification includes traditional training in kriyas, Ayurveda, anatomy, and yogic methodology passed through lineage-based transmission — ensuring depth, precision, and integrity of teaching.

 

For the past four years, I have been practicing exclusively within the FYSM — Fresh Yoga Synthesized Methodology, a system developed and refined over 20 years by Igor Kovalev. FYSM has helped thousands of practitioners recover from chronic back pain, herniated discs, joint instability, stress-related tension, and postural imbalances. Since 2024, I am a Level 1–2 certified FYSM instructor, currently completing Level 3.
FYSM is grounded in the Eight-Limbed Path of Ashtanga Yoga and designed around three core principles:
Safety • Effectiveness • Simplicity
— ensuring the nervous system feels supported, joints remain protected, and the practice is accessible yet deeply transformative.

What You Will Experience in Your Trial Session

A calm, structured, intelligent practice designed to introduce FYSM foundations:
1. Tuning
Breath-led awareness, grounding, and eye exercises.
2. Activation
Safe engagement of key muscular chains that support the spine and joints.
3. Main Algorithmic Practice
A structured sequence of diverse movements designed to align, stabilize, and strengthen the entire body.
4. Shavasana
Guided nervous-system reset.
5. “Dressing”
Breathwork techniques to balance energy and integrate the practice.

FYSM excludes all trauma-risk positions on Levels 1 and 2 and is a unique methodology that continuously refined through extensive feedback from instructors and practitioners — ensuring optimal safety.

How to Prepare

  • Avoid heavy meals for 2 hours before class
  • No alcohol or psychoactive substances on the day of practice
  • Prepare a yoga mat and comfortable clothing
  • Position your camera so your whole body and mat are visible (profile or semi-profile)
  • Ensure stable internet and 60–75 minutes of uninterrupted time

Scheduling Your First Session

Please note that your first session needs to be scheduled in advance, usually about one week ahead, to align with available time slots in my calendar.

This initial session is free, giving us the opportunity to meet, explore the FYSM methodology together, and ensure that my approach is the right fit for your goals and needs. It’s a chance for you to experience the practice firsthand and for us to establish a foundation for safe, effective, and personalized guidance.
